Currently, we do not offer samples of rigid boxes.

How long does production take?

Production for rigid boxes takes up to 12 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends, holidays, and delivery time.

What file formats do you accept for the design?

We accept JPG, PNG, PSD, TIF, AI, EPS, and PDF files. For more information, please read our Artwork Guidelines.

What are your minimum order quantity requirements?

Our minimum order requirements are designed to be accessible. For rigid boxes, a minimum of 25 units is required.

What should I know about bulk and custom orders?

Looking for a particular order size or a box style not listed in our options? No problem - we offer custom solutions. Reach out to us or ask for a custom quote and
we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I use rigid boxes for shipping?

Our rigid boxes are not designed for shipping on their own, but they are sturdy enough to be shipped independently if necessary.We recommend using a separate
shipping box or a plastic mailer to secure and protect the items inside, as well as the box itself.

What are the printable areas of the rigid boxes?

You can print on all sides of the exterior: top. bottom, and sides.

Do these boxes need to be assembled?

No, our rigid boxes are pre-assembled and are ready to use the moment you receive them.
